Federal Register Notices
The FFIEC periodically solicits public comments on proposed notices regarding non-rulemaking policy statements, non-rulemaking guidance, and other matters and publishes these notices in the Federal Register, which is maintained by the National Archives and Records Administration. Due dates for comments run from the date the proposed regulation was published in the Federal Register.
Each notice includes instructions for submitting and reading public comments. Public comments are available through Regulations.gov, which provides a searchable public record of comments.
