picture of a house being buildThe Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), enacted by Congress in 1977 (12 U.S.C. 2901) and implemented by Regulations 12 CFR parts 25, 228, 345, and 195, is intended to encourage depository institutions to help meet the credit needs of the communities in which they operate.  3/18/22 - Due to delays with multiple products from the U.S. Census Bureau, the FFIEC has faced challenges in releasing the 2022 FFIEC Census products. In order to respond to user needs, the FFIEC will release the various FFIEC Census products in a sequential manner as the data become available. The tentative release schedule is provided here.
