Census and Demographic Data

The FFIEC’s Median Family Income (MFI) Report shows the estimated median family income that corresponds to the year when loan application data are collected. For 2012 and forward, the MFI data is calculated by the FFIEC. For years 1998 through 2011, the MFI data was calculated by HUD.
