You will receive a response within eight business hours of sending your email or fax.
Additional help is available online from the “Help” link at the top of each screen in the CDR (CDR.FFIEC.Gov/CDR) and includes:
CDR Help Desk Hours:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
CDR System Hours:
|Primary Hours:||Monday - Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Eastern)|
|The primary business hours are those during which institutions can access the CDR without any anticipated system downtime or interruption.|
|Secondary hours:||All other times.|
|The secondary business hours are those during which there may be system downtime and institutions may not be able to access the CDR.|
