Executive Summary Report - This report is intended for Bank Executives and Board Members to easily see the trend of an institution’s key ratios. Users will access this report in the same manner they currently access the UBPR with the Executive Summary Report showing as a separate report above the current UBPR on the report selection menu. For the key ratios on the report, the current quarter, previous quarter, year-to-date and year ago quarter will be displayed. Similar to the current UBPR data, a user will have the ability to view a graph of this key data from the current period all the way back to the year 2002.
Bankers and examiners can use this report to further their understanding of a bank's financial condition. From the FFIEC Central Data Repository's Public Data Distribution web site at the following URL address https://cdr.ffiec.gov/public/ManageFacsimiles.aspx you will be able to select the Executive Summary Report from the Report drop down menu.
To obtain an Executive Summary Report for a specific bank enter the bank name or ID RSSIDs.
The Standard Report Format (which is the default) generates an Executive Summary Report using the latest period available, one quarter prior and one year prior. For example, if a Standard Report is chosen for 03/31/2011, the the report will display 03/31/2011, 12/31/2010 and 03/31/2010. The user can choose a different date other than the latest period available. The YTD column on the report corresponds to the first columns quarterly. For point-in-time ratios, the YTD column does not display a result as it would be the same result as the quarterly column.
