2010 A Guide To HMDA Reporting PDF File

      The 2010 edition was updated with the following:

• Title page -- change the years in the top box; reference of 2009 to 2010 and 2010 to 2011;
• Title page -- change date application received on the third example of the LAR form to 03/15 from 03/20;
• Title page -- change the year on the three examples in the LAR form from 2009 to 2010;
• Cover page -- change the years; reference of 2009 to 2010 and 2010 to 2011; Cover page -- month at bottom left will be added right before posting;
• Pages ii and iii -- Contents were rearranged as needed after all changes were made;
• Page iv -- first column, third paragraph, third row, change the word ‘take’ to ‘took’;
• Pagei v -- second column, last paragraph, fourth row should read – 3501 Fairfax Drive, Room B-7081a;
• Page 5 -- second column, first paragraph, first sentence should read -- When a merger or an acquisition of a branch takes place….
