|The Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) was enacted by Congress in 1975 and was implemented by the Federal Reserve Board's Regulation C. On July 21, 2011, the rule-writing authority of Regulation C was transferred to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). |8/5/16 – The Methodology for Determining Average Prime Offer Rates has been revised to reflect that a different source of survey data for the one-year variable rate mortgage product is being used to calculate the average prime offer rates for certain mortgage products.|

|6/30/16 - The 2016 Census Data Products have been released.
- The 2016 Geocoding System has been updated with the 2016 Census demographic data based on the 2006 - 2010 five year estimate American Community Survey (ACS). – Historical Census data for years 1990 – 2007 are now available.
|2/18/16 – The 2016 FFIEC Geocoding System has been updated with the 2016 Census boundary definitions. Corresponding Census data will be included upon release by the U.S. Census Bureau.|
